These easy Easter egg cards feature a large striped Easter egg and pretty flower embellishments with rhinestone centers. I used the versatile Work of Art stamp set to make the stripes on the egg. The flowers were made using the Petite Petals stamp set and the coordinating paper punch.

Easter Egg Card Instructions
Start by cutting and scoring the cardstock.
- Mint Macaron: Cut to 8.5″ X 5.5″. Score at 4.25″ to form an A2 sized card.
- Tip Top Taupe: Cut to 5.25″ X 4″
- Whisper White: Cut to 5″ X 3.75″
Use Tip Top Taupe ink to stamp the “Just for you” sentiment from the Work of Art stamp set into the lower left corner of the Tip Top Taupe cardstock. Alternatively, you could use an Easter sentiment stamp.
Use the largest oval from the Layering Ovals die set to cut out a window in the Tip Top Taupe layer.
Use the Woodgrain embossing folder to emboss the Tip Top Taupe layer.
Use the arch stamp from the Work of Art Stamp set to stamp the stripes for your Easter egg onto the Whisper White cardstock. Stamp at the top in Wisteria Wonder, then clean your stamp and then stamp just below it using Blushing Bride, Mint Macaron, So Saffron, and Pool Party Ink. Clean your stamp in between each color.
I highly recommend the Stampin Scrub for cleaning off your stamps in between the colors. You just spritz the left side (marked with the water drops in the upper left corner) with stamp cleaner. Then rub your stamp back and forth to remove the ink. Then rub your stamp in the right side of the Stampin Scrub to dry it. Quick and easy!
Use adhesive to stick the Whisper White layer to the Tip Top Taupe layer, making sure all the stripes show through the window. Then mount this to your card base.
Now we are going to make the pretty flowers to embellish this Easter egg card, using the Petite Petals stamp set and the coordinating paper punch.
Using scraps of So Saffron, Wisteria Wonder, Blushing Bride, and Pool Party cardstock, stamp one flower on each color, using the same color ink as cardstock. As before, clean the stamp between each color so you don’t muddy your ink pad.
Use the Petite Petals paper punch to quickly cut out your stamped flowers.
Add the Wisteria Wonder and Pool Party flowers to the right bottom of the egg.
Put Stampin Dimensionals on the back of the So Saffron and Blushing Bride flowers to give them some dimension and depth.
Add a self-adhesive rhinestone to the center of each flower. And that’s all there is to it!
This easy Easter cards to make work up quickly and are so pretty! It wouldn’t take any time at all to make up enough of these Easter egg cards to send to all your friends and family.
